The Company Content may not be used for any purpose other than the use of the site and the services offered on the site. You also agree not to use the site for the following purposes: harassing, abusing, or threatening others or otherwise violating a person’s rights; violating the intellectual property of C-FAME Academy or any other third party; uploading or transmitting computer viruses or any other software that could damage the property of C-FAME Academy or others; committing fraud; creating or participating in gambling activities, lotteries, or unlawful pyramid schemes; publishing or distributing obscene or defamatory material; publishing or distributing any material that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination against any group; and/or unlawfully collecting information about others.

Privacy Protection

PRIVACY PROTECTION By using our site, you may provide us with certain information. By using the site, you authorize us to use your information in Canada and in any country in which we may operate. When you register for a user account, you provide us with a valid email address and you may also provide us with certain additional information, such as your name and/or billing information. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final with no right of return, exchange, or refund. You must follow our policy and procedures regarding contracts or mandates. At all times, C-FAME Academy reserves the right to refuse all refund requests, without limit of time or place. For any purchase other than online products and services, an individual mutual agreement will be negotiated and signed between the two parties before the first deposit is received. This determines the engagement date for C-FAME Academy’s services. Note that all agreements are legally sealed by contract, invoices, and quotes. A deposit is considered a legal commitment in the same way as a signed contract, agreement, invoice, or quote.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless C-FAME Academy and its affiliates against any claim, suit, or demand, including attorney’s fees, that may arise from or relate to your use or abuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your conduct and actions. If we choose to do so, we will select our own counsel and participate in our own defense.

SPAM POLICY

You are strictly prohibited from using the site or any service offered on the site for illegal activities related to spam, including the collection of addresses and personal information of others or the sending of mass commercial emails.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT

We may publish links leading to third-party sites or services. We are in no way responsible for damages or losses related to the use of third-party services linked on our site.

SEVERABILITY

If any of these clauses is found to be illegal, declared void, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the unenforceable portion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other clauses of these terms of use.
